Presenter
Nicola Simpson
Nicola’s personal philosophy has always been about “Exceeding Expectations” and this she does with natural flair and enthusiasm. She has over a decade of experience in developing and facilitating developmental programs in training, often in challenging situations.

She holds an Honors Degree in Social Science from Rhodes University, South Africa, and an Associate Degree in Management from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. She has also trained as a presenter for Radio in London and is accredited as an Emotional Intelligence Advanced Trainer with Six Seconds and as a PulsAnalys (DiSC) Master Trainer.

Nicola has a wealth of experience both in program design and development, with the defining period being when she joined forces with Africa Spectacular to create experiences and knowledge training in the outdoors. Before embarking on a sabbatical year travelling around the world in 2003, she worked with South African RAI who managed major exhibitions in South Africa (SuperSport Show, Indaba, Gardenex, Markex) in sales and production. On her return, Nicola became Managing Partner in Cape Spectacular Adventures where she launched a very successful helicopter and activity operation as well as producing and delivering training programs for the business – concentrating on leadership, sales, presentation and administrative skills.

In 2006 Nicola re-located to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. As United Nations diplomats, Nicola and her husband created succession and management programs for the entire staff contingent by introducing psychometric testing (MAP and ACT). Nicola then moved to Dubai to join the team at Dynamic Learning as Director of Training Solutions where for the past 8 years she has focused on product development and facilitation.
