- Apply the cycle of accountability and the fundamental elements required to build an accountable organization
- Describe what individuals must do to become accountable
- Build skills required for accountability, including goal setting, giving and receiving feedback, and delegation
- Pinpoint ways to build ownership in your organization
- Isolate areas for further self-improvement

Sarah Mackenzie
Sarah-Jane Mackenzie majored in marketing with the Institute of Marketing Management. She started her career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) as part of the Graduate Induction Program in the UK. Her roles at P&G were extensive and educational both from understanding how the business operated and how to manage and develop people to achieve sustainable growth in various divisions and countries. Sarah brings over 18 years of corporate experience with respected Multinational companies to W.consulting with first-hand experience in creating business opportunities, starting divisions, product development, managing teams, effective selling, strategy setting, vision creation, marketing, relationship management, negotiations, business analytics and communications. She consults and delivers extensive training programs for corporates on the above mentioned areas in Western Europe, South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Mauritius, Seychelles, Zambia, and the United Kingdom.
